Once you have reviewed our Trade Terms, and are ready to place a wholesale order, please contact for details on setting up your account. If you already have an account, you may e-mail a purchase order at any time with the titles/quantities needed.

Payment methods
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, e-check, check, money order, or bank wire transfer (no wire transfer fee). If using check or money order, make payable to Textfield, Inc. — for bank wire transfer, please contact for details.
First-time orders
Prepayment by credit card, PayPal, check, money order, or bank wire transfer.
Domestic orders
*Net 30 payment terms with credit card on file and minimum 15+ units.
International orders
Prepayment by credit card, PayPal, e-check, or bank wire transfer.
Returns
No returns of any kind, under any circumstances, except in the case of damages and/or overages.
Damages and shortages
Any and all claims of damages and/or shortages must be made within three (3) days of receiving. All return shipping costs paid by retailer/buyer and credited to account or order.
Cancellations
Orders/backorders may not be cancelled under any circumstances.
Domestic shipping
USPS Priority, Parcel Post, or Media Mail by weight/flat rate. Alternate upon request.
All shipping costs paid by retailer/buyer — free on orders over $500. We reuse and recycle all packing materials.
International shipping
USPS Priority International by weight/flat rate. Alternate upon request.
All shipping costs paid by retailer/buyer — $100 flat rate on orders over $500.

Retail purchases
Please visit our Stores, order online from our Catalog and Bookshop, or request titles from your local bookseller.
