Payment methods
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), PayPal, e-check, check, money order, or bank wire transfer ($20.00 wire transfer fee). If using check or money order, make payable to Textfield, Inc. — for bank wire transfer, please contact for details.

First-time orders
Prepayment by credit card, PayPal, e-check, check, money order, bank wire transfer.

Domestic orders
*Net 30 payment terms with credit card authorization and minimum 30+.

International orders
Prepayment by credit card, PayPal, e-check, bank wire transfer.

Returns
No returns of any kind, under any circumstances, except in the case of damages and/or overages.

Damages and shortages
Any and all claims of damages and/or shortages must be made within three (3) days from date of receipt.

Cancellation
Orders/backorders may not be cancelled under any circumstances.

Domestic shipping
USPS Priority, or media by weight/flat rate. Alternate upon request.
All shipping costs paid by customer — free shipping for orders over $600.

International shipping
USPS Priority International, or first-class by weight/flat rate. Alternate upon request. All shipping costs paid by customer.

Retail purchases
Please visit our Stockists, order online from our Catalog and Bookshop, or request titles from your local bookseller.
